为深入贯彻局2025年度惠警实事部署要求，切实将暖警惠警举措落到实处，近日，上海市新收犯监狱联系社会医院，启动“警医共建 健康护航”健康进警营活动，通过设立民警健康服务站、开展常态化健康服务，为奋战在监管一线值班执勤的民警筑起“健康防护网”。

监狱赴上海仁爱医院、上海医大医院开展合作共建活动，持续深化“警医合作”交流，进一步达成健康服务合作共识，并与两家医院分别签署了2025年合作共建协议。
健康阵地前移
打造“零距离”服务窗口

监狱党委在职工之家精心打造民警健康服务站，为民警积极打造“5分钟健康服务圈”，新开设的服务站配备了智能血压监测仪、血氧饱和度检测仪、急救医疗箱等设施设备，同步建立民警健康档案数据库。民警在执勤上岗突发身体不适，即可完成基础体征检测，做到了突发不适时快速获取应急救护，实现“小病及时查、急症即刻应”，切实将健康管理融入日常、做在经常。

中医理疗特色
健康服务站开通了每月“便捷配药”通道，解决民警就诊配药的时间难题，还特别增设中医理疗、心理健康咨询等特色服务，通过穴位贴敷、经络推拿等非药物疗法帮助民警缓解身体不适和压力。

在升级硬件的基础上，监狱同步推进健康促进计划，缓解民警身心负荷，建立“心理+身体”的民警健康档案库，对体检异常指标实施分级建档。同时开展急救技能全员轮训，组织心理健康、八段锦、心脑血管疾病防治等专题讲座，定期推送急救微课、健康科普期刊，织密民警健康防护网。
