多年来，北新泾监狱通过艺术节系列活动，搭建罪犯展示平台，通过绘画、篆刻、手工艺等多项艺术培训，促进罪犯的心理健康与习艺矫治，传承和发扬传统文化，激发罪犯向上、向善的内在改造动力，助力监狱教育改造工作高质量发展。
