但如果不遵守交通法律法规

湖南岳阳
少年边玩手机边骑车 撞上路边车辆
4月6日，湖南岳阳，15岁的陈某骑着电动自行车在行驶，他一边骑车一边低头玩手机，且未佩戴安全头盔，结果撞上路边停靠的出租车，致轻微受伤。
湖南郴州
骑车闯红灯 危险一瞬间
2月18日，湖南郴州，17岁的中学生袁某骑自行车闯红灯通过路口，结果被正常通行的黑色小车撞倒并受伤。
湖南邵阳
骑车逆行闯红灯 2人受伤
1月29日，湖南邵阳，15岁的少年覃某驾驶电动自行车搭载朋友（两人均未佩戴安全头盔）行驶路口时，逆行闯红灯，结果与正常左转弯的一辆小车发生碰撞，导致覃某和其朋友受伤。
湖南永州
骑行别“飙车” 雨天路滑需注意
2月22日，湖南永州，16岁的少年李某骑电动自行车经过红绿灯路口时，因雨天路滑加上车速过快，导致电动自行车滑倒撞上前车，李某受伤。
广大家长注意

这些骑行事项请牢记
1►明确准驾年龄根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法实施条例》相关规定，驾驶自行车必须年满12周岁，驾驶电动自行车必须年满16周岁。
2►遵守交通法规根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》相关规定，非机动车应当在非机动车道内行驶；在没有非机动车道的道路上，应当靠车行道的右侧行驶。同时，骑行前检查车辆，骑行时佩戴头盔，不闯红灯，不逆行，精神专注心神宁；控制速度，握紧车把，横过道路应推行。
3►承担监护责任家长应根据孩子的身高、体型，为其选购合适的电动自行车或者自行车，加强对孩子的约束教育，培养孩子的交通安全意识。
