“红气球挑战赛”是中国红十字基金会发起的国内首个以应急救护为主题的团队式徒步运动公益赛事，自2021年启动以来，已陆续在北京、贵州、西安、温州、苏州、中山、阿尔山、呼和浩特、株洲等地开展。2023年起，“红气球挑战赛”陆续走进云南、河南、北京、内蒙古、陕西等地的中小学校及高校。
