古人将春分分为三候，
一候玄鸟至：意为燕子飞回北方。
二候雷乃发声：意为春雷始鸣。
三候始雷电：意为闪电伴随雨水出现。

春分是立蛋的好时机，
选择一个新鲜的鸡蛋，
轻轻地把它竖立在桌子上，
据说，春分时地球的引力较为平衡，
有助于鸡蛋立稳，
不过，立蛋成功也需要耐心和技巧。

踏青赏红

春分时节，春意正浓，万物复苏。
人们会外出踏青，
欣赏自然风光，
感受春天的气息。

吃春菜

南方地区有“采春菜”的习俗，
人们在春分时节采摘新鲜嫩绿的野菜，
经过清洗，炒制，焖锅，
使野菜的养分充分散发，

被称为“春菜”，
寓意祈求家宅平安、身体健康。
观春景，赏法大
